Mr. Salman is President & CEO of Salman Capital Inc. He was the recipient of the 2016 Murray Pezim Award in recognition of his remarkable career in Canadian mining finance and he was inducted to the Cambridge House Resource Hall of Fame in 2018. Mr. Salman is the Chair Emeritus of the Vancouver Public Library Foundation, Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of Singapore, and former director or chairman of numerous charities. He also acted as former Chairman of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada. Mr. Salman recently has been appointed to the Order of Canada for his contributions to mining exploration, and for his generous philanthropy and community activism. Mr. Salman also received the Public Service Star from the President of Singapore at the National Day Awards Investiture in November 2021.

Mr. Neal has extensive experience in the metals and mining sector, as well as in capital market, corporate governance, corporate finance and investor relations. Most recently he served as CEO & Director of Tincorp Metals, President of New Pacific Metals Corp, VP Corporate Development at Silvercorp Metals Inc., and VP Corporate Development at Mag Silver Corp. Since 2004, Mr. Neal has raised over $500M for various resource companies.

Andy is a professionally registered geoscientist, and a white settler of English ancestry, living as a guest on unceded xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil Waututh) territory.

He graduated from the University of Cardiff (Wales) in 1998 with a Bachelors degree in Environmental Geoscience, but initially specialized in paleontology.

He took a break from geology due to a lack of opportunity in the United Kingdom in the early 2000’s, and so worked in the banking sector as a Financial Planner working on developing the new “Green” and ethical funds.

In 2003, he made contacts within the industry and was offered an opportunity to work as a Geotechnician for projects in Guyana. This eventually led to Projects in Yukon Territory, first as a Project Geologist for Victoria Gold, and then Chief Geologist for Ryan Gold Corp. The economic downturn in 2011 / 2012 forced Andy to diversify, which is where he established his consultancy, SGDS Hive and working with a wide range of clients and projects across the globe, including consulting for a sustainability project for the United Nations. He also established the non-profit Below BC which performs outreach and educational opportunities in geoscience. In 2016 he received the Bedford Young Mining Professional Award through the Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM).

Currently Andy sits on the board of Directors for the Association of Mineral Exploration (AME), and is the Chair of the CIM Geological Society and the newly formed advocacy body, BC Society of Engineers and Geoscientists. In 2020, Andy also took an opportunity to teach two 4th year university courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, namely the Indigenous Relations and Sustainability course and Mining Law & Ethics. In 2015, Andy and several industry peers founded “Below BC”, a non-profit association dedicated to outreach and education for Earth Sciences in the public space.

Andy founded Aeonian Resources to explore a more sustainable and transparent form of mineral exploration with the hope to inspire change at the grassroots level.

Mark Luchinski has over 20 years of capital market experience, having worked in both public and private sectors as an Officer and Director on several companies. Mr. Luchinski is a graduate from the University of Victoria. He is well versed in corporate governance, finance, compliance, and the administration of publicly traded companies.

Kristian Whitehead is a professional geologist with over 20 years of exploration and project management experience, specializing in precious and base metal systems across British Columbia.
